Agreement

These terms are between you and Raqimo ("Raqimo", "we"). By creating an account or using Raqimo, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity in your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Use Raqimo lawfully. Don't misuse it, attempt to break its security, disrupt it, or use it to send unlawful or deceptive messages to your customers.

Not financial, legal, or tax advice

Raqimo is a record-keeping and insights tool. It does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice, and it does not hold, receive, or transfer money on your behalf. When a customer pays you, they use their own payment method. You are responsible for your own tax and legal obligations.

Assistant output

The assistant generates answers from the data in your account and can make mistakes. Review its output before relying on it; it is not professional advice.

Subscriptions & billing

Raqimo offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid features and prices are shown before you subscribe. Paid plans renew for the period you choose unless cancelled. Taxes may apply.

Your data

You own the data you put into Raqimo. You can export it and delete it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability & liability

We work to keep Raqimo available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Raqimo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
